I would just like to say how much I appreciate the help received from Avtex today - I asked on here a while ago and it was suggested I contact them about the bizarre figuring of the Channels - sometimes when I returne.  Eventually got round to it today mainly
because the 12v lead has ceased to work and I was thinking I would have to get a new one - but they are sending me one out straightaway under the 3 year warranty.  I was also talked through a factory reset so hopefully the channels will be there where I usually
have them certainly at home - but possibly not away if the signal isn't strong enough.  Thank you Avtex!
