Contacting Sites

I think it would be a good idea if each CC site had an email address, for questions etc. We are going to Burford in October half term, and were wondering if they had anything planned for Halloween. Whilst I could phone, email is quicker and can be done at
anytime. It would also enable the wardens to deal with it at a time that suits them. What do others think?
