Sticky: Solos Meet Market Rasen 7th - 11th Nov.
The meet will run from Thursday 7th Novemebr until Monday 11th November 2013
Having been inspired by the Much Wenlock Meet – I wonder if there would be any takers for a Meet in the Market Rasen area. The reason for picking November is that Lincolnshire can offer a unique experience for Nature Lovers – with the seals
breeding at Donna Nook. They can be within touching distance – but don't touch they can BITE! There is also a Race Meeting on the 10th Armed Forces day. And of course lovely Lincoln city is not far away. The area is great for cycling. Either up
on the Wolds or the flatter area round Market Rasen.
Depending on how many takers. Walesby Woodlands site is very nice – see Ukcampsites – and they have offered us the coffee shop to sit in (normally closes for winter). £16 per night (they will give a discount if lots of us go) and it is
a very nice site in a peaceful setting etc etc. Or I have space for a handful of vans if there aren't many takers with a real fire in a room to keep us warm!
It is a come and go as you please meet with like minded Solos.
