Weather related cancelation

We are booked onto a CC site on Wednesday for a few days. I see that I should have already cancelled if I decide to chicken-out of towing in a hurricane. Its blowing great guns here and has been for 2 days in the SW. I really don't want to make a decision
until Tuesday. Will I be in trouble cancelling at the last moment? What will happen? I cannot believe its safe to tow on a motorway in extreme winds if we don't have to.
