Window Seals

Hi all can anyone help or advise on how to stop the window rubber seals from drying out, we have have the caravan over a year now, so do not whant the rubbers to start cracking or rotting so any help or advice would be gratefully received. Thank you for any advice given.

    Silicon spray will also stop them sticking to body sides
