Just received an E-mail saying 

Just to let you know that you'll be receiving an invitation to take part in the next Member Research Panel survey later in March. 



Our last survey was in December and you can see what members had to say by logging on to the Member Research Panel via The Club's website.

Well, why do I want to know that I will be receiving an invitation sometime?? and when I logged onto the CC web Site and eventually find the correct page (no link provided in E-mail to the Research Panel page) I am told the December Servey results are not
available yet!!

This last 15 min has been totally a waste of my time chasing round. Why can't the Club get organised??
