Will it fit my caravan

Hello guys new to caravanning and we have a 2000 bailey ranger 380/2 we already have a porch awning but i quite like the quest rollout 300 which stays on the side of the van at all times now my 2 questions are will this fit my van as the guy in the shop
said it has to have a 2metre straight rail as all porch awnings have to and 2nd question is what is this awning like do any of you nice people have one any info would be helpful
