Is Charmouth Dog Friendly?

I would like to stay at the Charmouth site but can't see if it is suitable for dogs - mine are too big to carry to an appropriate place to do their business.  It doesn't say dogs are welcome or not allowed so I suspect there is somewhere reasonably nearby
for the job?  I do draw the line at having to put the dogs in the car to find a spot early and late - so any information would be gratefully received!
