Warranty Problems
I took my Lunar Quasar caravan into an approved workshop for its 1st service in March this year when a high level of damp was discovered in washroom area & the workshop contacted Lunar for approval to investigate & rectify. I later (early May) was advised
that Lunar had agreed to cover under warranty ,but to date the relative parts are still awaited.Has anyone else experienced this kind of inordinate delay in parts supply as I am concerned that deterioration is likely to spread & the problem become worse. One
questions how good are mnfctrs warranties & how best to proceed to stimulate action.
