Just got back from two nights at the Gowerton CC site, won't be rushing back. I stay at CC sites for the facilities, but the toilet facilities at this site were certainly lacking and when mentioned to the wardens it seemed they were a little reluctant /
unable to do anything about it. The ladies loos took too long to fill in between flushes, apparently the water pressure had been turned down deliberately which meant with the busy Easter weekend the toilets were often left dirty. Holidaymakers, particularly
children will not wait for a toilet to fill in order to flush.  The only soap dispenser in the ladies block  was either empty or delivered a tiny amount of soap after several squeezes which in my opinion would lead to people not washing their hands properly
which could spread germs - just what you don't want on your holiday. When the toilets were shut for cleaning a secondary small block was available but only one toilet and no showers were available, there were more which could be made available but they were
locked closed with notices say out of use. This meant queues for the loo during cleaning times - Come on Caravan Club you know you can do better!. On the journey home the motorway services toilets were more pleasant to visit! I hope that saving water  and
soap are not new caravan club directives. The site also has a dog/nature walk unfortunately when we walked it, several piles of doggy mess had to be avoided so this made the walk unpleasant I was supposed to be looking at the birds in the trees not keeping
an eye on where I put my feet - N.B. we don't have a dog
