Tray or table?

Just been sorting out the garage and came across the large caravan table that I stored away.

Years ago when caravanning with the children we would always sit around the table in the awning or outside with the barbeque but now the other half and I mostly prefer to eat off trays supplemented by the small front caravan table. The trays are stored where
the table used to go, thus saving on weight.

Anyone else use trays in the caravan or is it just us?
