    I bought a
    Cello     a while back. Its been very good, 12 volt, DVD, and PVR. I also use a
    Hunterfield 12volt adaptor     to keep the voltage stable to the TV. Trying it out in 2017 with an Amazon TV Fire Stick. There is just one location that I know of, that has suitable WiFi. ;-)

    I have the Cello Traveller 19" LCD  tv too, works very well with the Avtex STH3000 12V/24Vpowered aerial but also has built in satellite receiver if you want to go down that route. Ours picked up local French, Spanish and Italian digital stations no problem.
    Bought online from ACDCtv.co.uk  whom I would also recommend.
