Advice please

Hi Guys, I am looking to buy another caravan in April of next year (2016) we previously owned a Elddis Sirocco twin axle with L shaped living room which was Ideal for us, we are looking for something similar but a lot newer this time around, something like
a Hobby, LMC or one of the other German bemoths.  towing is not a problem as I  am an ex HGV class 1 driver and still hold the licence, we are after a much living space as possible, not worried about wash rooms or bedrooms as we always use the onsite facilities
when we go away, we do want wet heating if possible, and decent air con for the very short summer months we have!!!
