Time CL owners got a grip on their dogs...

I am fed up of arriving at some CLs to discover the owners think it is acceptible to give their dogs free access to the site. Apart from the general nuisance of being pestered while trying to relax, the result is the CL becomes a dog toilet. I end up picking
up dog excrement, and on one site the owner's dog peed up my plastic chair! Shouldn't the Club make it clear to owners that the CL is for members only, and that their animals should be kept away?
