Caravan Sites need good access!

In my opinion caravan sites are major tourist facilities, and also are accessed many times per day by arriving/leaving outfits, so should have good access roads wherever possible!

It does not make sense for sites like, say, Incleboro Fields, to be served by a narrow lane with blind bends, and potholes, with the final approach across a golf course where golfers actually play over the lane. Regardless of the historical reasons for such
anomalies, once a major tourist site is permitted and established, final access roads need to be wider and well metalled, and surely the golf course ought to be rearranged so that the road is only a crossing point, not part of an active fairway?
