Somewhere to 'go'!

Is there any chance that the CC management will upgrade those CC sites without a facilities block to have one? I would like to visit The Covert and Round Plantation in particular, although there are other sites further afield for me that might also be upgraded..
I won't stay at sites that don't have toilets/showers etc.
