Motor mover repair

We have a 3 month old mover it failed in November, Still waiting for the repair do you think i am being unreasonable by complaining.

    No ,but as far as repairs to most things in the leisure vehicle industry, they sell you it,  then you are on your own ,you have to be a pain to them to get things done at timesFrown

    I suppose that depends on when in November Wink 'November' is either less than a week ago or nearly 5 weeks ago Laughing

    14 November the fault was reported with detail of what happened then on 25 a guy came and fitted new electrical box and said we needed new bits on the actual mover, still waiting

    If it gave out early it wasn't "fit for purpose" I would demand a new one immediately!  Make a FUSS!

    what make of mover was it, had you named it here it may have given them a jolt.
