What makes of Hi-top include rear seatbelt?

We have found our perfect Hi Top motorhome in a Trigano Tribute Ducato BUT it has no rear 3rd seat belt where all other makes seem to have one. We need this to anchor our dog when travellng.

Does anyone know of a conversion to solve this or another version  that does. I have looked at Duetto, La Strada, and Boxer, We are looking for a 2006+ model with rear kitchen and loo.
