Contacting Fiamma customer services in Italy

I'm trying to obtain help with the above.

I bought a caravans store zip sides and front to go with my canopy ( which was previously bought, model 310 )however there was a manufacturing problem with the items and they were returned to the outlet for replacement ( aroma distribution ltd) fiamma
Italy gave the go ahead for them to be replaced. I received one side panel and was told the other side and front would follow. But now Alroma have gone into administration and I'm left short of a side and front panel so I need to contact fiamma customer services
direct to try and sort this out.

I've contacted a couple of dealers in the UK but had no replies

So any help would be much appreciated.
