How do you like your steak?

Me, I'm not a big meat eater and rarely eat steak.

But just now and then I will have one......and I like it to be just cooked through, not hard and black but without a load of blood pouring out when I cut into it.

I think this would be described as medium to well done??

How do you like yours?
