calor lite

I am considering changing to Calor lite, does any one have any comments for or against this idea, are they readily available in all areas, what sort of price are they compared with the usual gas same size, do I have to buy a bottle or will the supplier exchange
my current red bottle for lite bottle, I know there is weight saving, which is what interested me in considering this change, but what do you think about this idea.
