Mayday - £95 paid but no card/paperwork received

Last month I decided not to renew my ADAC breakdown cover but join Green Flag / Mayday instead, with membership from 1st March. Joined on-line on 20th Feb and my credit card was immediately debited £95.  Despite two phone calls and promises that the membership
paperwork is "in the post", here we are on the 6th March and have still not received anything.  One hopes that their response to a breakdown call is a little more timely.

Very disappointed.
