thanks to all the members who helped me diagnose my truma ultra heat electric fire not working problem

it did turn out to be the pcb board at the back of the fire that was faulty

i sent it away for repair and now my my electric fire and thermostat all work fine

so thanks again to all the people who helped me out with all my questions of help to find the fault
