Chemical emptying point closed, Baltic Wharf

Could someone at 'head office' please explain the reason for the closure of the chemical emptying point at the toilet block? This leaves this busy site with only one point for the whole site. We have been told it is due to H&S reasons!! This point has been
used ever since the block was built why on earth is there now a compelling reason to close it. Another case of so called H&S over common sense??
