Site booking reminder E-mail

I have just received my first ever E-mail to remind me of my booking for a Club Site on the 3rd of April. Very good and useful and obviously sent out with a month to go. BUT, before that we are booked in 12 days time to go to the CC Site at Exeter. NO reminder
E-mail for that one!! So, my question is, are they being sent out before every booking and how long before? If so where is my Exeter reminder??
