Go Motor Mover

I have a 5 yr. old Go2 motor mover fitted to my Elddis 2 berth van.The mover has just stopped after pulling the caravan  approx 12 ft.The caravan battery is 1 yr old 110amp/Jr. and was charged to 14volt. I changed the batteries in the remote control but
to no avail. After resetting the mover seemed to be o.k. but failed again after approx 12 ft. Has anyone had similar problems?

    I had same problems and it turned out I needed a new motor, in a panic as we were going away I rang a national number admittedly they were there in 6 hours but it cost a fortune so if you have got time shop around
