Disabled kids caravanning / camping

Looking for some advice really.

 

I had seen a letter in the caravan club magazine looking for volunteers for a camping trip to help disabled people on a weeks camping holiday.

 

Anyway to cut a long story short we could not help on that one, BUT we as a family would love to help a group that looks after disabled kids who would like to go caravaning / camping etc.

 

So we are looking for a group that might need some help and volunteers. Do any of you know of any groups - especially for disabled kids who might want to go camping???
