Rude warden

very disapointed on Thursday with a warden (I guess, but who ever it was who answered the phone) at Ferry Meadows site.

Due to my work, I find it very difficult to book at sites anytime in advance, so usually call if we get an opportunity to go away for a weekend.

anyway, called on Thursday morning direct to the site to see if they have any availability. Very politely asked if they had room for a van for two nights, and the response was to laugh at me.

Now, it has taken me a few days to process this and I am still disapointed as normally this is such a great site (a good size and lots of pitches) but just to laugh at me, I found this so rude. 

I get that the weather was forcast to be good this weekend and I bet they got a lot of calls, but still, being rude to the customer is not on.

Its a shame as a family we love this site, but now will be going elsewhere and had a great and warm welcome from another site not run by the club this weekend.

hope you all had a great weekend in the sun as we did. Just now had to get this off my chest.
