Vehicle Battery Not Charging On Hook Up

Hello, 

This is my first post and any help would be gratefully received, when my Adria Sport S573 is on mains hook up the vehicle battery does not charge although all the lights and 13 amp sockets work. Has anyone had any similar problems.
