New CC App - Why no Android Version

Just got an email from CC telling me all about their fantastic new app, I can get it from the Iphone store.  Problem is myself like millions of others do not have an ipad, iphone or anything else apple sell so why are we being penalised or can't the CC afford
to develop for both platforms as it spent all the money on the website and forum...
