Just wondering

Because of our neighbour from hell and the two incidents when we called the poilice, I know we would have to declare these incidents if we try to sell the house. But does the same apply to him? He has never had cause to complain about us so could he say
he doesn't have any issues with the neighbours? I don't suppose it matters much as I have an awful feeling we'll be stuck here for ever.
