Hot water temperature on Club sites

The temperature of the hot water at the washbasins is hot enouth to scald. i am on the Chedder site and the temperature is 58C H & S  recomend 41C

I find this to be the same on most club sites ,  If thermostatic mixing valves where fitted this would be a solution to the problem

Has anybody else had the same proplem
