Wi-Fi on Club Sites

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Chatsworth which was great however due to some work commitments I had the need to go online to check for email etc. I purchased a 5 hour voucher and logged in OK. Logged off and tried to log in again the next
day but could not get connected until about 9:30 in the morning so I suspected the wardens had fixed something to get it working. After this we were unable to connect at all on any device we had (phone, tablet etc). I asked the wardens if there was a problem
and was told that the wi fi there was hit and miss sometimes it worked and sometimes not. Surely at £1 an hour it should be more hit than miss, how do the Caravan Club justify such high prices for such poor service?
