New to the caravan world.

Hi, I am  new to the world of caravaning and looking to buy a 4th berth caravan, looking to spend £5000 to £6000, looking in the Kent area, or further a field, I have spoken to the firm White Arches who seem helpful is this a good company to purchase from?
I have a Ford CMax which can tow up 1400 so can tow around 1250ish. I would prefer to purcahes from a dealer for peace of mind, what is the best type to buy, however not a fixed bed. I have been looking for the past 4 months or so but all very confusing, would
like a few tips about what to look for etc. Thanks Michael.
