Volvo V90
I went to take a look at the new V90 this week, with a view to taking advantage of the Caravan Club's special deal with Volvo (10% discount and free metallic paint). I was bitterly disappointed with what they have done to the loadspace. Volvo estates have
historically been regarded as great load-luggers, but the designers seem to have gone all out for styling with total disregard for practicallity.
Our current XC70 accommodates the Golden Retriever in half the loadspace leaving the other half free for caravanning clutter. The new offering simply doesn't give anything like the same amount of space. Sorry Volvo but this one ain't for me. Maybe that's
their plan, if you want loadspace you have to go up the range to the XC90 starting at £48K
