Speeding on Club Sites

We are currently staying at Sheepcote Valley (I refuse to use the new name) in Brighton.  The number of mindless idiots driving around the site at speeds in the order of 20 - 30 mph, in some cases car with caravan attached, is quite amazing.  It seems that
any attempt by the wardens to enforce the 5 mph limit is futile, so now we are all going to have to suffer speed humps which, we are told, will be installed in the next few weeks. 

Maybe the Club should install speed cameras which automatically publish the number plates of offenders in a "name and shame" area of the web site??
