Club Insurance, again!!
What pain it's been trying to set up Building Insurance through the club's website. Filled in the quote on line, took a note of reference No, as you do, but had a couple of question I wanted answering. Phoned up this afternoon, as I couldn't open the quote
with the reference number I'd noted. It took a little while to find the quote and, having cleared up one point, was firstly put on hold while the guy on the other end when to check on second question. Finally came back to say that he would have to check the
problem out and would get back within the hour. 2 hrs later and no response so phone again, 10 mins getting through and some-one else tried to open the quote but without success, put on hold again and, when he came back on was not able to complete the transaction
because the quote was still open by the first guy. Now stuck with a quote I can't change so will have to start all over again, and still no phone-back by the first operator. What a way for a company to work.
