13-pin colour code confusion!
Hello. *Realy* hoping someone can help me out with this one, because I've trawled the web and drawn a blank...
I bought a pre-wired 13-pin plug to replace the damaged cable on my 2004 Hobby 540UK. I chopped the old cable inside the van and brought the new cable in from the front and up through the floor, figuring a junction was better inside. The problem is, my new
cable's colour coding has four of the 12 wires in colours which dont match the existing cable. The four "leftover" from my old cable are purple (thin cable), blue (thick), white/blue (thick) and white/red (thick). The new cable has orange (thin), green/white
(thick), red/brown (thick) and blue/brown (thick).
Can anyone tell me whick goes with which?
