LED Lights

Any advice please on replacements for what seem to be, at least in my Abbey, commonly used 10w G4 bulbs.  The original halogens seem to kick out anything between 100 and 140 lumens.  But I 've tried two chinese based fleabay suppliers who have grossly
overstated lumens for their LED replacements.  They advertise c.150 lumens but the reality is they are barely half as bright (ie 50-70 lumens).  So fairly obviously what I need is like for like brightness.  Has anyone had this problem in the change and overcome
it?  I will also need led replacements for sealed MR11 10w spotlights.
