Well, you know what they say: the early bird catches the worm.  Nothing sad about it, a bargain is a bargain and I suspect there are many others here of the same opinion

As long as they're not all in Beverley!!  Seriously though - bought a load of toilet fluid, last year - both pink and blue at a fraction of the price elsewhere.Happy

Is there toilet fluid any good?  Also what about their caravan fluid?

Catherine - I bought a load last year as did my neighbour.  Was absolutely fine and much cheaper than anywhere else. I think they have put it up by a £1 this year, though - probably indicative of how well it sold.

Before you all get excited about the ALDI caravan items due in next week I bought the Caravan steps last year and they are not well made. Ours collapsed sideways on our first trip out. The welding, what there is of it, is not very good. We did get our money back and an apology from ALDI with some vouchers. We bought some good quality steps from a caravan dealer for only a couple of pounds more.

The Caravan cleaner is not very good as you have to use a lot in a bucket of water. However I bought it when they reduced it to £1 a bottle so not too worried.

I did buy some toilet fluid, pink and blue, but have not used that yet.

The Aquaroll they sell is good. We use two as we are the rare breed that actually uses the shower in our caravan and the cooker. Smile

Write your comments here...If you mean the caravan cleaning stuff. I found it very weak. A good car shampoo is better. Wait until Aldi reduce it then buy some.

Can definitely recommend their Toilet fluids. Work as well as any others that we've used, and a good bit cheaper than most.

I'm not surprised. It went down from 6 available to 2 while I was ordering! Our nearest store is 10 miles away so the free delivery is an extra bonus. Happy

Got back from Aldi in Beverley about an hour ago.  Was waiting outside at 7.45 - good job too because there were only 3 TVs in stock and 3 of us waiting for them!  Came out with TV, satellite dish (the only one in stock), 4 each of pink and blue toilet fluid.  TV now set up and working - I am delighted because I had missed the point that it's 12v and has a 3yr warranty.  Although I felt like a bit of a sad person, being outside at that time waiting for them to open, it was worth it.Happy

Got back home from our latest trip mid morning and too much to do in the afternoon, so dashed down to Aldi early evening. Managed to get one of the low wattage kettles and some of the caravan cleaner, but did not see any of the toilet fluid. Still pleased
enough at the moment. Will have another look for the toilet fluid early next week.

Just got back from Aldi empty handed. They're fresh out of toilet fluids. Bah!

Spendfest at Aldi yesterday   Water carrier (similar to an aquaroll), electric kettle, toilet rolls, collapsable bowl, black streak cleaner, teatowels, all for the caravan.  Growmore and a couple of other bits for the garden.  All for less than the price
of an Aquaroll from our nearest accessory camping shop.  Good result.

Loo bloo and caravan cleaner for us!  Tiles look quite good as well, but just more to carry so didn't bother. Mind you, if they are selling them off cheaper, as Aldi do, then my bargain hunting DNA will kick in!Happy

Please let me know if it does, as we might just give them a try then, too.
