Watchdog - buying a dog

There was some very good advice about buying a dog on Watchdog last night (available on BBC iPlayer).
It featured a despicable couple who were breeding dogs for sale and keeping them in the most appalling conditions.
Not one of my favourite programmes normally, but this was a real eye opener........
