Pandy, Wales where to go

Evening all, not often i ask this but have not toured wales much, I am going to Pandy on the 4th Sept initial booking 3 nights, We love walking and have a dog, Would appreciate some ideas for other sites in south wales to visit for walking including coastal.

    Pembrey Country Park is ideal for walking and for dogs. The journey between the sites is fine.

    Thanks TW it was on my shortlist but always nice to have confirmation, Just giving the new Towcar a try out in some proper countryside before trip to Czech republic early next year!!

    Jeff - if you fancy staying on a really nice CL, you could try Hillcroft ( comes under Kilgetty in book) for easy access to the coast around Ten by & Saundersfoot. Happy

    If you love walking then you should visit Rhyader mid Wales. There is a CL site called Elan Oaks. This is where the huge reservoirs are that feed Birmingham. The walks follow the old railway lines that were used to construct the reservoirs. The wildlife
    is fantastic. We absolutely love it there.

    Lovely mountain top walk from Foxhunter car park. At the end you can see Abergavenny laid out below you in the bowl
