Towing Mirrors....probably been discused before

This may have been discussed a million times and I have read the rules and regs regard using towing mirrors but recently I have been so surprised by the amount of caravans being towed and the car having no towing mirrors.

I wondered how all you see this rule on towing mirrors and if you use them or not ??
