Reserved Pitches

Hi all 

Do you think that Rowena or anyone at East Grinstead could tell me how you can organise a reserved pitch at a CC site. Please do not say that you cannot because we have seen different. On a number of occasions we have had a sign mysteriously appear behind our caravan stating that this pitch is reserved for a motor home, and this is before we have left. Recently we have seen a warden place a road cone on a pitch after the occupants had left at 8.30am and this pitch then remained empty until a motorhome arrived at 6.30pm, despite many members arriving in between those times. This was a prime pitch on the site. I have searched the rule book but cannot find any reference on how to do it. Does anyone on here know how?
