Toll roads in the UK & Ireland

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there is anyway of finding out which roads in the UK and Ireland have tolls and how much they would cost. It would be handy to know which roads have tolls so we can do our best to avoid them as we tour around in our hired motorhome. Over here in Sydney the toll roads are privately managed and the toll charges differ for each tollway and there are different rates for light and heavy vehicles.
