Kampa 390 and twisted uprights

We have a Kampa 390, we bought one of the first batch imported into the UK. It is a great awning but please anyone any advice on how to untwist/ straighten the outside uprights. The mid ones stay straight. The two outside ones look awful. Hard to expalin but they take on a bowed shape when inflated. Nothing about it on the Kampa webage.
