Mokka shockka
to any body thinking of buying a vauxhall you might be interested in my experience. last december2013 i bought a mokka, the following july 2014 suddenly and without any warning the clutch failed. as i was on holiday in doset i took the car to EDEN
BRANKSOME.the vauxhall dealer in poole. they immediatly said they wanted £50 to look at it, this became £275 to dismantle the gear box,and then £1500 to fix the problem. they did not want to know about the LIFETIME WARRANTY that vauxhalls are supposed to have.
i then phoned vauxhall customer care to be informed dealers made decissions, at this point i had to pay the money to continue my holiday. on returning home i wrote to the CEO TIM TOSER at vauxhalls luton head office, 7 weeks later he hasnt even acckowledged
this. it seems to me that right from the top vauxhall dont care about their customers,needless to say i wish i haddent become one.
