Site for stopover Grantham/Stamford

We're aiming to trek over to Norfolk at some point next year and I'd like your recommendations for sites to break the journey.

Aiming for somewhere around the Grantham/Stamford/Melton Mowbray triangle ideally.

We need EHU and would prefer WCs.  Also can't be adult only sadly. I haven't really found anything on the CL search so was wondering if anyone had any bright ideas
