Lunar Clubman SB
hi all, we bought a new Luna Clubman SB in February last year, after only a couple of outings in our lovely van it was damaged by someone trying to break in to it while it was in storage. They didn't actually manage to get entry but completely ruined the
door and smashed the rear lights. The police think it was kids just trying their luck, however this was back in July and we are still waiting for the repair to be done as apparently a door has to be ordered via Luna and comes from Slovakia.
we have chased it up at regular intervals with both our Luna dealer and the insurance company but with no success, we even contacted Luna in Preston direct. Can anyone offer any advice On how best to proceed/ speed things up?

With Lunar you can`t speed them up. They are a law unto themselves. My 2013 Clubman SB went for it`s first service in Aug14 and needed new front windows and more , 4 sets later and they might fit 4th set next week Feb16. Try Julia Gill at Lunar, she is the customer relations, but I find her hard work. We`ve had 10 days use in this period (15 months ).. I`ve got no hair left to pull out and my repairer is feeling the same. Lunar always show parts on the shipping list but no delivery date.Very frustrating, Good Luck

When we had a Lunar we had to have the end panel replaced due to cracking, it took a year from start to finish because the first panel that arrived the driver stood on it while unloading it
months later a new panel was fitted. We were lucky that during the wait we were not without the van, I think its shocking that manufactures are so keen to get your money but very bad at after care.0
