Noob question

As I plan on caravanning year round I realise that propane will be better than butane at lower temperatures.

Aside from a different regulator, are any other changes needed to run on a different gas ? Does anything need to be changed on the Truma water heater, the fire, the cooker or the fridge or is it just a new regulator .... ??
